Draft policy — awaiting business owner and, where appropriate, legal review before launch. Project-specific terms must be confirmed in your written quotation or agreement.
How to request cancellation
Send a written request to [email protected] identifying the quotation, project or invoice concerned. We will review the stage of work, current commitments and the terms accepted for that engagement.
Before work begins
The accepted agreement determines how any deposit, setup work or committed external cost is handled. Do not assume a booking or third-party charge is reversible until it has been checked.
After work begins
A cancellation review considers completed work, deliverables, approved milestones and unavoidable third-party commitments. Any final balance, handover and refund eligibility must be confirmed in writing.
Pauses and rescheduling
A request to pause or reschedule a project may affect availability and delivery dates. Revised dates and any effect on costs must be agreed.
Service interruption
Where access, payment or required approvals are missing, the response should follow the written agreement and appropriate notice. The owner must confirm exact notice periods and procedures before launch.
